Bouncing Back

After a terrible weekend it looks like we're through the worst of it. I'm still a bit hyper and my toilet training hasn't fully returned - a mop and bucket always on stand by. But the usual signs of getting it together showing themselves. The biggest tell of them all is going upstairs, which I did at 5:30am this morning, after I'd woken dad up with a bark to let me out to the toilet. I followed him up about five minutes later.

  1. Hi
Just been looking at the picture of roxy you added for the 27th of january pic. It looks like 1 of roxys eyes is dropping slightly on the bottom of the eye.Am I correct in saying that or is it just the picture. Max was my rottie who also had seizures like roxy but I posted to yoy that he passed away in 1 of your previous posts. Max also developed that with his eye also. Please keep an eye on it as max eventually went blind in his eye then lost his sight completely a year later. Our vets told us when he started to have seizures that the eye problem was more than likely caused by the tumour. Max had tests but like roxy they found nothing. That was a good sign but because the tests were ok a tumour was diagnosed. As roxy been tested for this. My email address is sac171266@virginmedia.com if you would like to know more.

  2. Thank for that it is only the angle of the image though. Having said that there's no way of us really knowing if a tumor is responsible for the seizures of not. This is primarily because we can't justify the cost of the MRI to find out. Because even if the results came back as a positive we then wouldn't be in a position to respond to it financially either. So we're in a catch 22 situation.

Having had this condition for so many years now if it is a tumor then it's slow growing and we're not in a position to treat it, so we're making the most of what we have for as long as we have it. We try to treat the symptoms with what finances we can afford.
